This licence is for the purchased commercial ProcessWire module (henceforth, "The Module"). The Module is authorized only for use in accordance with this licence.
Support is provided only to the purchaser.
The Module is authorized for use only in the sites developed by you (1-person), as a single developer. Such sites include staging and/or development servers.
The licence entitles you, the purchaser, to:
Use of the Module on as many sites as you personally develop for as long as you want (including related development/staging site, if applicable).
A lifetime (non-expiring) licence.
1-year of free upgrades.
1-year of VIP support.
Upgrades and support beyond year 1 can be purchased from the Module author at a nominal fee. Please use this form to check the prices for your renewable products or contact the Module author for more details.
Upgrades are made available via this website (instant download) or email (unless otherwise stated).
You may not copy or distribute the Module, except on the sites you personally develop. It is okay to make copies for use on staging or development servers that you personally develop.
You are not allowed to sell, resell or loan your licence to any other entities whether individuals or any organisation in any shape or form, including, but not limited to, other developers or agencies.
You are not allowed to use the Module as part of a SaaS product, in whole or in part.
You are not allowed to use the Module to develop or build a SaaS product, in whole or in part.
In no event shall the Module author or ProcessWire be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of goodwill, or other pecuniary loss whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the Module, even if the Module author or ProcessWire has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Module is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Module is with you. Should the Module prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. If not fully satisified with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the date you received the software.
