Variations

Variations is a simple yet powerful ProcessWire module that allows website editors to create variations of anything, most notably products for online shops. By creating attributes and their values, for instance, Size - Small, Medium, Large and Colour - Red, Green, Yellow, etc, and combining these in variations configurations, it is possible to automatically generate variations that describe different versions of any entity, for instance, different versions of the same T-Shirt, or phone, or jacket, or whatever, each with its own price, or SKU, or whatever. Boasting an intuitive interface, setting up and using the field is a web-editor's dream, enabling the addition of editable custom subfields for specifying a product variation's price, etc. For those using Padloper, integration with the e-commerce platform is child's play as demonstrated in this tutorial.
